Teak and Leather Day Bed by Jorgen Bo
This small day bed or bench was designed in 1966–1967 for Thorvaldsens Museum, when Jørge Bo was given the task of re-designing the interior. Jorgen Bo was a prominent Danish Architect. His most famous work was his collaboration on the Louisiana Museum of Art in Humlebaek, Denmark. His work on the Louisiana was included in the 1968 Architecture of Museum Show at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
