Two Pair Model 600P Lamps by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce
Two Pair Model 600P Lamps by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce
Offered here are two pair of model 600P Lamps. These are from the earliest production of this iconic lamp which is in the permanent collection of MOMA. These lamps are made of painted steel, synthetic leather and lead pellets. They are designed to be placed at many angles. It is said that Sarfatti was referencing bean bag ashtrays in his iconic design. They are in virtually untouched good vintage condition and come directly from the estate of a well known politician. There is one plug that has been replaced out of the four available and some paint loss as would be consistent with age and use.
