Clear glass stem with white diffuser fitted with amber ring, mounted in blue glass base. Sold with original certificate of authenticity. This model is currently being exhibited at the XXI Triennale di Milano in the Women in Italian Design exhibition in Milan.

Unique Walnut desk having a rectangular top with chamfered corners. Its case holds two drawers with forged burnished brass pulls. The legs and cross stretchers are mortised and tenoned together as is the long cross brace which also acts as a foot rest. Together with a certificate of authenticity from Roberta Lietti. Pair of Perla chairs G. Veronesi for ISA Bergamo.
Italy c. 1952.

Upholstered in vintage cotton velvet, these chairs are comfortable and usable. Documented to an ISA, Bergamo advertisement shown in Domus magazine no. 274, October 1952, page 4. These chairs show a known variant to the seat cushion configuration from the Domus ad. G. Veronese is credited as the designer, Currently it’s still unclear if G. stands for Giulia or Guglielmo we have seen both names and are continuing to research.  Good vintage condition.
